Metrics will still be the main factor in providing 1 to 2 qualified candidates a day so please discuss your main focuses with your contract recruiter.

You are always in full control of hours, requirements, direction and focus. Start and stop the project at anytime.

How you keep track of the candidates provided to you from RecruitDen’s contract recruiters is entirely up to you. If you have an ATS in place or you would like the candidates to be submitted via email or any other venue that is up to you.
